By agreeing to advertise on Box-Ad sites you are allowing us to use your logo/image/picture/text or any other visual art from you for the sole purposes of Box- ad websites and their marketing activities. 2. By agreeing to advertise on Box-ad websites you are allowing us to use a/your direct link web address on Box-ad sites. 3. By agreeing to advertise on Box-ad sites you are entering into a one-off payment only for a set price and set period of time as chosen by you from the options. 4. Please note that Box-ad will only put you onto the Box-ad websites when we have received full and cleared payment, only then will we be eligible to place you onto Box-ad sites. 5. Box-ad cannot be liable for any lost post payment of cheques and cash sent to Box-ad. 6. Box-ad will only start advertising your image/link on Box-ad sites from the time it places you on the website and not from the period when payment or forms were submitted, please note it can take up to 2 weeks or more to place you on the website from the date of payment, only then will your period of agreement and time on Box-ad sites begin. You will be informed by either post or e-mail of the dates/period of agreement with Box-ad websites. 7. Box-ad can copy/change/simplify your image/logo/picture or text for the sole purpose of Box-ad websites and their marketing activities. 8. Once you are published to Box-ad websites no refunds will be given. 9. We will only remove the image/link during your period of acceptance with us if we find obscene/inappropriate material, if your business no longer exists, if what your advertising is out of date, or if you choose to no longer want to be on Box-ad websites, Note no refunds will be given. 10. There may be occasional downtime for site maintenance. 11. When you advertise with Box-ad websites you will not own any part of the website, but rather you are granted the right to advertise an image/link, with the position being at our discretion. 12. Some images may need to be simplified/changed in order to fit into a 32x32pixel box image. This is in order to maintain visual impact and clarity. 13. Box-ad websites can keep you on their websites after the period of contract has ended, this is at their discretion.
